How do i become a California resident again?

I had been living in California for the past two years, but due to family complcations i moved out Florida. I have only been here 3 months and things aren't working out, so i am moving back to California in October. Do i need to go through all the paper work as i did before or can i still be considered a California resident? Also, im a student. Does that have any complications?

2. move there, establish a residence,( get a place to live) get your drivers license changed and a library card, and a phone and walla! you are a resident.
