What is the funniest or most entertaining commercial you have seen on television?
I vote for the GEICO "talking pothole" commercial. Actually I don't watch much television, and find the commercials are often far more creative and entertaining than the actual programming. National or local commercials could be the most entertaining. Consistently good commercials come from Anheuser-Busch, New York Life, Boeing Corp., and several others. For the GEICO "talking pothole" commercial (or "advert") click on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wojvu_HE8Cw For our friends overseas GEICO sells auto insurance. By the way I have enjoyed the videos posted so far. In the British commercials I noticed that the announcer in the furniture advert had an American accent, and that the commercial had been banned. Part of the intended appeal, perhaps? I also noticed in the renewable energy coop advert that the announcer spoke with what sounded to me to be a Scottish accent. Interesting. The spot is a bit long for American TV--almost what we call an "Infomercial." Very nicely done, though. No comment necessary, Sin, and none taken. Funny. Not for prime time or the family hour, obviously.

- i know they are out dated but i love the talking baby etrade commercails
- The Sunny D commercial when the guy was running on a log and the sunny d won the contest cause the guy fell off the log.
- Some time back they had a series of commercials for Sony that centered around a family. Each 30 second break was a mini show within themselves. You knew who the characters were from the exasperated wife, the techno savvy son who was embarrassed by the middle aged father and they even had the weird brother in law. I miss those commercials.
- I like the Aflac Commercial with the soccer ball.
